Welcome to RexFlow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RexFlow mobile app and this website. By using RexFlow, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice.

1. What RexFlow is

RexFlow is a personal-finance tool that helps you allocate income across buckets, track spending and set goals. It is a budgeting and organization tool only. RexFlow does not provide financial, investment, accounting or tax advice, and nothing in the app should be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your specific situation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use RexFlow only for lawful, personal purposes. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your data and content

The financial figures you enter are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and sync that data so we can provide the app's features. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data and account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to RexFlow.
• Don't use RexFlow to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Don't misuse or interfere with other users' access to the service.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep RexFlow available and reliable, but we provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

6. Pricing

RexFlow's core features are free to use. If we introduce paid tiers (such as a future RexFlow Plus), the applicable pricing and terms will be presented clearly before you purchase.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RexFlow and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including financial decisions you make. Your projections, forecasts and health score are estimates for guidance only and are not guarantees of any outcome.

8. Termination

You may stop using RexFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
